Scrap it then if you cba!

But as garreth said, just cut about 50 mill further around the rust, cut a new sheet and weld it in. Then primer, and paint over and it will be fine

is this on a mk1 astra?

thats all the common areas, plus a few more, not hard fixes and all parts are avaliable.

Go on passion ford and see the restro threads on there is you want to see rusty bits cut out and put back to knew again, metal can be replaced anywhere, rust is not the end.

why faff about with a rusty corsa when you can buy a mint one with a better engine and more equipment for less than £900?

I welding up the rear of my old car which was a 1.6 gsi 1993. Water from rear wheels mashed up the arches and went all the way through. Bastard to fix unless you are a pro id say. Was my 1st time with metal and a welder mind you.
