45 profile does look abit chunky mate also if you go for 195/40s on the 8j's the car will sit about 15mm lower than it would on 205/45s and you will get extra arch clearance because of the stretch

7j and 8j D90's are et52 if I remember rightly? Not sure if you can get 15mm adaptors but you could get some made to your spec. I think someone on Edition 38 was doing them.

As Jake said with the tyres you won't go far wrong.

D90s look great but will destroy the drive.
