flat stomach = STOP EATING ALL THAT SHIT AND DRINKING ALL THAT BOOZE FATTY!!! lol
Nah but seriously, it is hard, to go from having a beer belly to having a 4 / almost 6 pac, took me 6 months , 3 times a week in the gym at around 4 hours a time, and eating the healthiest food, was like a rabbit!!!
Or a badger?

Quick question guys, change of subject bit lol - how the fcuk can you get a complete flat stomach?!
I've been tryna cut down on the shit but is it all down to doing exercises or bit of both? Everything in the gym is reachable like gettin big n that but gettin a flat stomach is so bloody hard!
Oh yeah howz that? What do you do then?
no it's not

you cant compare a roast potato to brocolli'

I don't think so. I can eat MaccyD's/Domino's Pizza/whatever to my heart's content, just not BK for some reason? Maybe I should go to another BK near me and see if that makes any difference?
