I have letter templates

Your invoice is now due.
Your invoice is now overdue. (Day of agreed payment date).
Your invoice is now 21 days overdue.

After that, I just badger the fuck out of them with e-mails and phone calls. I'm yet to go through a proper baliff company. I had to let somebody get away with about £800 worth of work in Scotland, as I didn't have proper proof of agreed price.

It's rare you get people like that tbf, just happens i've had about 4 of them this month so far!
