i dont understand why girls do this pole dancing thing, yes im sure its a good source of excercise but you can go for a fucking run or get down the gym, equally effective and you dont make yourself look slutty

shes still fit though (your bros fiance)

some of it looks like youd have to be ridiculously strong but i wonder how much is technique and balance then outright strength

Sharon (bro's fiance) was a fitness instructor, but now works for an oil company, so she teaches pole dancing at the evenings and weekends to keep active.

My bird who teaches zumba dancing at the moment is looking at learning the pole. I'm all for it

Swear it's just a good excuse tbh, reckon most girls have considered it at some point but don't wanna look slutty. Then when they discover they can do it as a form of exercise there all over it. Win win tbh

Done it and its a damn sight harder than one might think.

Few hours of clowning about at that had me pretty wrecked and my core was screaming.

I'm pretty stocky in build, brute strength and ignorance got me so far. Any girl whose good at it would be a machine in the sack imho.
