doctors said good idea as long as i stay well away from any leg work as it keeps me fit while i cant walk properly etc

can do sit ups and a variety of stretches, as i said i checekd all this with the doctor and he told me what i can and cant do safely

Im well addicted in 4 years its the 1st time ive done a solid year,Stuck it and acheiving well good.

its the lossing what ive achieved that'd piss me off. Torn shoulder twice this year, but even on doctors orders fuck all chance i was gonna stop

once you get into a good pattern you cant really stop though, im just glad it was my ankle i broke and not my arm or leg, although itl put off me running for a bit but cant really help that

they think i am strange anyway, its the quietest street for miles and full of oldys....then theres my house...me and my mates fallin in drunk at silly hours and have u noticed u always seem to set ure car alarm off at the worst time ever possible
