tbh i jus want the coilovers,the thing is i did pay through paypal but i might have sent it as a gift all i can remember is that i had to send him £6 more coz paypal took money off his end, could i still get my muney bak even if i sent it as a gift?

you cant get it back if paid as a gift (which i did) but if it took money off him then it can't have been as a gift as they are free to send? see if you can open a dispute with paypal, i've already tried and i cant

yer i thought a gift was free aswel honestly cant remeber wat i did, this has been the first time iv ever used paypal so dont rele know to much about it, but yer ill giv him another day or 2 more to get back to me then ill open a dispute or if all else fails iv got his address so il have to pick them up but i rele dont wana do that coz its 5 hours away from me and i dont even know if its his real address, did pay ur money into tylerJ3 account?

iv managed to open a dispute with paypal against him and iv sent him a message saying that im unsatisfied please send the coilovers etc just hope he replys and sorts it out or else i am going to have to escallate with paypal

No he hasnt replyed to me on paypal yet iv just u2ud him agiain saying if i dont get my goods by the 5th september im going to escalate the claim to paypal, hopefully that will wake him up lol, yer thats exactly what i think hes just robbed us, however what i cant get my head around is that he has sent stuff before, people can vouch for him that he does send stuff hes just slow and iv just looked at his profile and he was online monday evening and has 1900 posts so hes on here quite alot just cant understand why he is doing us over!!!

yer ino no excuse at all, if i had £190 worth of other peoples money i would go well out of may way to make sure i kept in contact and sent the itmes off as sson as, the irony of it is that i just looked back a few pages and theres disputes hes started about people apparently ripping him off so its not like he dont know how it feels

Nar still nothing hasnt replied to anything iv sent Paypal, text, u2u etc. although i did ring him on a different number on saturday and he picked up but as soon as i started talking he put the phone down,then he texted that number saying who is this and i text back saying i need to talk to you can i have ur home phone number n he never text back, tryed ringing again but he didnt pick up. hes definitly scamming us iv had enough of waitin around for a non existant parcel so im going to escalate the claim to paypal in a minute see if that does anything. this boy needs red writing DO NOT TRADE!!

just got a U2U from dale and he has apologised, apparently he has been away for a month on a last minute holiday that he cudnt get out of and i shud hav the coilovers on wednesday. just hope he keeps to his word
