Mav that used to come on here nearly had his whole family wiped out because of a drink driver.
having a drink is to get you drunk if not then whats the point.
Nice to have a pint with dinner sometimes? If at the pub but driving nice to have a pint?
Surely you should be able to just have one.

dont drink and post replies^^
lol, you'll do it twice like double vision or summit
i sometimes like a pint of decent but not ridiculous larger with a meal if iv got the bairn in but never more than that. a pint washes a meal down better than a coke or whatever costs around the same anyway.
DRUG DRIVE THEN??
anyone done it and hows it feel?

I've driven on acid, mushrooms, coke, pills (not at the same time)
Coke and pills were fine.
So was driving on acid and mushrooms to be honest, I just had to really trust myself that what I was seeing was what I was actually seeing.

You're kidding, right?
If you are struggling with reality, you're not fit to drive

I don't mean it was fine as in "its fine, I do it all the time".
I mean it didn't affect my driving ability. If anything it made me more alert and more cautious because of paranoia/self awareness.
ps. Its not something I made a habbit of and I don't do it these days. I value my licence too much.

That's fucking stupidity. How would you feel if you smashed into a car with a family and killed a kid all because you thought what you were seeing wasn't actually there???

There wouldn't be a problem because the car was probably a trip and so were the people?
Oj. On a serious note I've had one or two and got on the way home, been pulled and was fine. I wouldn't go as far to have more than 2 pints of 4% though.

What happened mate?
Had 4 cans over about 8 hours, got pulled for random check because I was driving into town to pick up a mate. After we'd gone through all insurance/tax/mot stuff he asked if I'd had a drink, without thinking i just said yes so he breathalised me and I was just over
