Be ok for restaurants and bars. My mate I'm staying with is in the trade so knows loads of good places to eat and drink in the evening.
I haven't been to the tower of london, only been outside it. Plan on going this time.

I was literally just in Chinatown and did that a few times (albeit without taking any pics, i just stood in front of them deliberately )
