Today at OT:
quote:
12:21 Updates from the boss - Rio started training on Wednesday but won't be back for tomorrow. It's more likely he'll return against Fulham. Rafael started training yesterday but is out of the West Ham clash along with fellow right-back candidates Wes Brown and John O'Shea. Anderson, Park Ji-sung and Nemanja Vidic are all travelling and there were no new injuries from the internationals. (GT)

I can only imagine our back four will be Evra, Smalling, Vidic & Fabio, which doesn't look too bad tbh

Wenger has confirmed that Van Persie will be in the squad too, guess his knee injury wasn't that bad after all.

Szceszny, Djourou and Vermaelen are the big misses tbh, was a big shame about Frimpong too as he looked quality in pre-seaosn, him and WIlshere were playign fantastcially well. Hoppefully he'll geta good pre-seaosn unde rhis belt and come into his own next year

Vermaelen will be like a new signing

He's certainly better than Rio or Vidic.

tbf, he's probably better than Rio is now, not than Rio has been, and i'd argue he's got the potential to be better than Vidic given a few seasons of fitness, and adapting to the game.

Vidic is the best CB in the league at the moment though

Man Utd:
Kuszczak
Fabio Da Silva, Smalling, Vidic, Evra
Valencia, Gibson, Carrick, Park, Giggs
Rooney

Subs: Amos, Owen, Anderson, Berbatov, Hernandez, Nani, Gill

Wish Gibson would piss off.

There's one thing in that at least if we need to change the game 4 out of the 7 of those subs are quality. Strong bench.

the 'experts' on ssn reckon it'll be a draw.

Owen won't, berbatov/hernandez probbly won't either, you better hope you don't get a defensive injury!
