That one your looking at has been for sale for ages! Why not just buy a shell + an engine?
The one im looking at has had 3 owners since christmas according to gumtree. Not quite sure why yet, probably been bought and sold a few times just for a few days of fun. Could be a liability. There are a few engines on sale about for around £500, and a few full calibras for around £600.
