I had some this week. One had lots the other I had to look at as there was no taste of jam. Just a smidge

ive had 2 now. bit into one, no jam, went a bit futher, there was like a 2cm wide slither of jam. small bite futher.. no more jam 
surely they shouldnt be alowed to call them jam wagon wheels if there is hardly any jam
like you cant call a meat and potato pie "a meat and potato pie" anymore if theres more potato than meat.
same rule should apply to wagon wheels to avoid dissapointment
