I quite enjoyed it.
It stands up quite well if you haven't seen the others, the only down points for me were the 'let's try and be Bond' street running and excessive gun fire/missing
Oh, and the Rock is seriously pumped/Adder

I cant see where it fits in with the rest though. Some remarks would suggests it fits before tokyo drift and others would suggest its actually the 5th movie.

Based on the fact Han isnt all crispy in this one i assume it must be before tokyo drift lol

Its the second part to Fast and Furious so should technically be Fast and Furoius 2. They're both set before Tokyo Drift. As Chrisritch says, Han dies in Tokyo Drift but is back in F&F and this one.
I enjoyed it; If you're not looking for something serious or with a challenging storyline then the visual effects and the setting is actually quite good. The acting in the entire franchise has always been a little wooden but as an "action" film, its alright. Just don't take it too seriously
