it back onto the house i live in with the gf. conservatory really is huge, ill get a pic .

current tennant is a single mam of one that doesnt work and the dss pays the rent. he charges 240 every 2 weeks so its a tad more than i thought. however she got grassed for having her bf there and her money stopped, been six weeks since she paid rent and hes awaiting her getting it backdated allthough hes losing patience. can tell you if it becomes available if you want? all hes after is some one who will pay on time and decent

no laws being broken, the only thing i could think of is if she isnt decalring the money your paying her to the tax man. but if you havent got a contract in place sweet fa you can do.

Mate I lived in a council house for 13 years, I just hate the way he says he would rather have one! Especially if he's gets it subsidised, he can obv afford full rent so stop being a free loader!
