I love both

Would be a toughy but I would imagine the 996 would be a nicer place to be daily so I think that would edge it

Always had a soft spot for 34's though

I personally would go for the R34, I just think they look great, especially the ones in the pictures posted, they are a very beefy looking car with real road presence.

I have to wonder how good the Nissan GTR would be as a daily road car, 3.8ltr v6 and flappy panel gearbox, must be pretty smooth and effortless.

R34. A Porsche barely gets me turning my head anymore. I've seen less than a handful of R34's about.

I love both. I've already asked myself this exact question!

Whichever one you get, AK, I'll get the other. We can swap on weekends

I was put off the R35 with the running/depreciation costs.......scary!! A new one will loose near on a grand a month in value in the 1st few years. Service every 6 months regardless of miles.

I'm considering 911 next. Wouldnt even cross my mind to entertain an R34....just dont like them.

aye, GT2 is a lot of a fairly rare car for the money. 500+bhp without much hassle, comfort, ability, cred etc etc

That first R34 looks amazing I must admit, they look so aggresive. True about the lack of them on the roads, I've not seen one out and about for well over 5 years, I see Porsches on a daily basis. A local lad just got rid of his Ferrari for a GT3, looks and sounds amazing.
