I've got ET42 16's on mine - no scrubbin at all, except when i got 2/3 people in the back.

i had ET45 16's on a 40mm drop and had to de bolt the rear arch and take 1 bolt out of the front and it also scrubbed on the front inner arch(scrubbed it away after a few weeks and then fine) and a little bit on the outer arch!!!
Ive now got the same wheels and 60mm drop and done arch mods like cutting back metal outer arch and plastic outer arch and still get some scrubbing front and back, so i really find it hard to believe that all these people have got no scrubbing what so ever!!!! But then ever car is different!!!!!!!

I have 7.5" wide 16's ET 45 and they do rub at the back with passengers. I am getting it lowered 40mm next week so i hope it doesnt get much worse then!!!

how wide u recon i cud go on et 49's with a 40mm drop... i gettin et-49' but dont know their width just windering... and no i aint tellin u wot me wheels are cos they aint been officialy released yet

i wouldnt go any wider than 6" for sefty. 6.5" may fit, but i wouldnt take the chance personally.
@ AdiSRI --> i think youre gonna be fucked if you lower it mate. 7.5" seems to wide, but i could be wrong

My wheels are 7 inch wide with 195/45 tyres. Only seems to be the right that really scrubs.

ive got 16" ET45 MM evo's with 195/45 rubber, lowered 50/40mm no arch work or anyting at all, and absolutely no scrubbage

I've got 15's with 195/45 tyres running @ -80mm front and rear. And i get no scrubing even with two fat fuckkers in the back.
