i'd only call in sick if i was at deaths door, or i'd lost a limb or something. if i've got a cold or whatever, i feel well better doing stuff keeping my mind busy than if i was moping around the house stagnating all day

ive been doing ab work out every other day and sit ups and push ups on the other days. starting gym tomorrow and going tues and thurs for next 5 weeks (got 10 passes) hopefully will shift that last stone!!

Just have a protein shake instead of that it's effectively the same. Could always add a bit of creatine in as well

thats what i was going to do, spent ages looking through the nutrition guide the weekend (193 pages ) set out my meals for the week, and snacks between meals, mainly fruit.

I'd reccomend some soya nuts and if you can afford it jerky for snacks
I need to order some more whey protein but the global price has apparently gone up
