I did want them but these were basically free and vts wheels are £150ish. Plus people are more likely to part-ex vtr wheels for vts ones

Not updated this in a while, done a few little bits not much just tidying a few things up etc. Not got many progress pics tho

Ive fitted a few things I forgot to take pics of, such as new top engine mount, VTR Gear knob, new cam cover as mine was looking crap and leaking, and a facelift rear wiper.

So i sprayed my rear badges black, think it looks much smarter and plus they were looking rather tired anyway:

Primer

Fitted

Also sprayed my wiper arms that day as they were looking tired and a bit rusty, and fitted new blades

Then today I took advantage of Halfords Buy One Get One Free on BOSCH bulbs and got these two for £22.99

And fitting, not sure you can tell the difference in the pics but they are much brighter and whiter, I will have to get a night time shot later.

Before:

During:

After:

And just a random clean picture

Should I spray my wheels a different colour? Was thinking gloss black, but think it would just make my wheels look tiny and crap :/ Suggestions?

Two tiny updates:

Sprayed my stereo surround gloss black. It was silver and looked out of place. Got a nice glossy finish on it to

Then sprayed my front Citroën badge to match the rears

Another Update - no pictures tho, just got rid of another niggle, saxos are very common for leaky sunroofs and the ariel letting water in and mine was no acception. So took the rubber seal off the sunroof gave it a blasting with the air gun cleaned it all up and put sealant around it put it back together and fingers crossed that will sort the sunroof, then I tackled the ariel, easy job, just pop out the interior light, undo the ariel take it off bit of sealant on the base put it back together and hey presto. So hopefully there will be no more water getting in

Oh also made sure all the drainage pipes were clear as again, common for them tobget blocked and the water finds its way through. sorry for the boring update

Well my last attempt at fixing the leak didn't work. So decided to stop pissing about and just strip out the roofing and sunroof etc to find the problem and it didn't take long .....
Citroën stupidly decided not to put the drainage hole right in the bottom of the corners and so water collects then this happens.
Drivers side:

Passengers side:

So gave it a rub down, applied sealant and underseal, no finished pics but here's a couple of the sealant to give you an idea

And while it was all out decided to do my roof lining black and have all the trim a thorugh cleaning

Fitted

Looks 10x better IMO and the best part is NO MORE WATER!
