chairs.... hmmm :S

Dont think so... the one before the sauna was a 6 bedroom hoose on the same street as ours but I just couldnt see us being happy there. Needed a lot of work too.

This place is slightly smaller and requires less work to get it

some of the figures in this wouldn't buy you a tarmac spec fiesta! group a micra's change hands around 10k!

Fee's car isn't just a tuned up road car.

Adam, surely you would lose a huge amount if you sold, but I'd think 35k ish would be a realistic easy selling price?

Could you make more breaking it?

ps - if you selling it for 10 let me know first

Of course we'd lose a shit load if we sold it. Thats always expected with cars But we didnt build it to make money off it.

We've had it for 5 years now.... had good times with it and LOADS of memories

In an ideal world I wouldnt sell it but i'd tidy it up, wrap it an a bubble and pop it in my heated showroom at the mansion. THEN take out the R35 GTR and beast it

Sadly - I dont live in the above dream world.

I've always said to Fee I dont want to sell it - theres is NO point. I feel that we'd be giving away (money) more than we're getting for it. I dont count time as free anymore these days!!! We've put in loads of time/sweat/blood
to the car.

So in short.... I have no idea what I'm thinking. I dont want to sell but Fee has a good point in that it would make an awesome extension to the house or help build a bigger garage.

Cars come and go I suppose. We can always get something better/newer.

Would it be better to slightly detune in (not just power), sell some bits off it and have it as a slightly slower track car, but tuck it up or a year or 2 to release the money you usually spend on running it?
