No, Because he doesn't have a vagina therefore has no parental rights

Exactly

Stupid fucking cow chloe, the lad refuses to go with her, he doesnt want to see her and only wants his dad

She didnt want to leave him behind, she started filling his mind with stories before she even let my uncle know she was having an affair, how is that right, she's the scum of the earth and shouldn't be allowed oxygen

I thought I'd missed something somewhere with her making a ridiculous comment like that

I suppose in her position where each kid has a different dad then it makes sense.

So if the mother beat the son up for example then he should still stay with his mum because he has no right to choose who he wants to be with (until he is 16) according to you?

You don't know the full situation of what's going on, who the fuck are you to judge who the kid should or shouldn't be with and whether he has the right or not to choose who he lives with without knowing the FACTS?

Jesus wept sometimes you really need to think about what you say BEFORE you say it

Surely at that age they know who they would prefer to stay with and who looks after them best?

Chloe some people are not fit to be mothers, simple as. You're opinion is valid and you are entitled to it. But some children who are raised without a mother turn out just fine too.
