Wasn't mentioned when I was reasearching them at all.

130bhp. Only thing wrong with it was the arch had gone like yours on the Puma, rest of the car was immaculate and I replaced every single part on it bit like your Puma but I used all genuine parts.

I think I done more on that car myself than the Nova TBH.

Only thing I had left to do was replace headlights and indicators for original orange ones.

Saw a Mini near enough identical to yours today Ojc. Same blue, white roof, OZ wheels and lowered but it had white bonnet stripes as well.

i just don't think i can be bothered to fix it tbh too much effort for little/no financial reward.

Riggers is actually a really nice guy, thought he looked like a bit of a nutter when I first met him He doesnt run anything particularly high end but the manufacturers throw cars at PH all the time, so he's lucky in the fact hes always driving something new and does quite a bit of track testing. Its a dream job really. I saw the Puma today, it looks really clean and I really like the ZS wheels, maybe more than Steves

What? Hole in wheel arch? Even if it did wouldn't cost much to fix.

It drove lovely when I sold it, if people want to run cars on shoe strings and cut corners it will always cost them in the long run.

I replaced

bottom arms and bushes
balljoints
topmounts
suspension
steering rack and track rod ends
anti roll bar bushes
had the chassis leg welded up and the sill patched.

It was a fantastic car when all that was done, even Rachel loved driving it. She took it to Thorpe Park with her mates and all of them loved it.

Like you say it's an older car it will need care and attention, if you are still getting daddy to pay your way then don't buy old performance hatch backs you cannot afford to run when something goes wrong
