Question.

If I do some extra work for someone, and they want a receipt for it, how do I go about it? Can I just write a receipt? It is for tax reasons for them, but as I myself am not a company or anything, can I do it and is it ok?

Thank you please.

If it's just a one off just knock up a little invoice and take the money. If it's more than that you'll have to start declairing that to HMRC

It is literally about £30, but they need to include it with their records. Just didn't know if it was ok to do that.

Will whack up an invoice template, as I have been offered some work elsewhere similar, again only around £30.

Just dropped my car in for service. Got the usual 5* Audi treatment.

Also got a nice 11 plate A4 Black Edition on RS Wheels and Multitronic box. Loving the paddle shifters. Looks the bollocks. Want to keep it. Its the 170bhp TDI but in Sport mode on the paddle shifters it flies!
