bring down the milk amount and bring up the coffee amount... the proportion of coffee to milk wont be right but at least it will be hot.

alot of customers think there a magic make it hotter button but in most cases there isnt.

how does that work? do you store milk in it, or pour some in before making the coffee?

If you put the milk jug on like in the below picture and press the latte or cappuccino button it does both together:

do you sell ones that you put beans in the top and it grinds them instead of capsules.

also the ones you fit into a wall/kitchen

We only do capsule machines.

The built in ones are sold by kitchen companies on our behalf.
