Not sure but it was september 2000. I go my first corsa brand new and the day I picked it up was when there was that fuel shortage due to people panic buying. I got my first car ever and only had a gallon of fuel so had to just sit in it on the drive and wait til the panic was over. Was gutted I couldn't drive it!

Can't remember,but whatever it was in 2001.

At the price today, £10 wasn't even enough to stop the light flashing, never mind put it out in my last Vectra C.

The fact that you could fill a 5L jerry can with a fiver and get some change. My moped took like £5 or so and lasted a week

83.9 i think was the first time i filled up, i put 20 quid in and it lasted me all week in my 1.0 12v

bare in mind how much you drive when you first pass your test

I remember when your could fill a petrol can for like £4, now it costs around £7 at my local tesco.

i remember the fuel shortage a guy tried taking the petrol pump off mi dad at the petrol station and mi dad leathered him in front of his wife i was only 12

I remembered first passing my test and i used to put £40 in to fill it.

That was about 2 years ago.

Now it's about £56 to fill it.
