Probably just wait for it to naturally pass, but then again with the fowk he was dealing with they'd more likely just cut him open. No doubt have a doctor/surgeon on their payroll for 'accidents' anyhow

I can remeber going round someones house before, and he had two Tesco bags full of them pellets, they were rock hard.

Coke is a shit drug, doesn't do you any good, and has a shit buzz.

Coke was the worst drug I took but I got badly addicted, to the point where it sent me a bit mad a few years down the line. Paranoia, panic attacks things like that. It was fucking brilliant at the time but I regret it now.

It is, it's a terrible drug. It's the best thing in the world for 20 minutes.

The worst feeling in the world is coming up after a binge, it's about 4am and its starting to go light outside, the coke has ran out and there's no chance of anymore, and all you hear outside is the birds tweeting.

Honest mate it was always high end uncut gear. Like you've said it's great for 20 mins, then you want a bit more. It was on tap and free so it just kept flowing, I hate the stuff and don't tend to mix with my old mates, but when they rack up, I still really want it.

All drugs are dirty shit, I'll still have a few puffs on a joints now and again, which knocks the shit out of me, I don't even drink much anymore.

Also a blocked nose for four days is just crap. I've got mates that are missing the inside of their nose, but still go on it.
