long story short, they had the wrong reg on my policy, instead of V632 it was V362 and i got pulled by the bizzies on friday for no insurance. they sent me an insurance certificate with the 17/9/2011 on which was no use as i was pulled on the 16th and the stop form even says the 15th (the officer got it wrong)
They promised me a letter of indemnity via email saying i was insured with them from June on saturday which has never arrived. Spoke to them yesterday and got a certificate from the start of the policy in june, but with the V362 reg on, then promised me the letter again yesterday, surprise surprise it never arrived. Spoke to them again today and spoke to a genuine english person  who said she would get it sorted for me today, then she me rang back and said i should be expecting an email with the letter in PDF very shortly. So we'll see, if it hasn't arrived by 4ish i'll ring her back and boot off

supervisor at holiday inn doing pretty much same as now but with 15 hour contract instead of 9.5 and more per hour

no, it would be fine if they delivered what they had promised me, or even told me the truth about when the email was going to be here. If they had said from the start that it needs to go through certain channels, which won't be in place til monday then i wouldn't have been anywhere near as angry, but the fact they repeatedly lied to me got me riled. I felt bad for shouting at her this morning but i was thoroughly pissed off with it all. The indian staff i dealt with over the weekend could not have given less of a fuck about it and i had to put that across, thankfully she's supposedly dealt with it for me, albeit i haven't actually received it yet. So we'll see if/when it arrives today
