I think the Cycling proficiency scheme in Schools has a hell of a lot of merit to be honest. Road craft and discipline should be instilled at an early age IMO.

In schools, for infants.
If you didn't have it at school, by the time you are old enough to go and buy some lycra you should have enough common sense without going on a course.

They don't obey give way signs, ignore right of way on roundabouts, ride eraticaly middle of the road, don't signal and dont stop for red lights.
Roads are for cars.

Also, those cunts who ride side by side SINGLE FILE DICKHEADS!!! You dont see cars driving at the side of each other (apart from dual carridgeways etc before anyone starts)

them folding bikes are the worst. don't know why but they anger me. too many bikes are bad for everyone look at the dutch shitloads of bikes and they are all into drugs and weird fetishes.
