Chester, obviously.

Pros: ram full of quality flange, nice place to live, lots to do.
Cons: Far too close to Liverpool and Wales.

Chester
Devon
Central London

In that order.

To be fair though whilst they look like dumps, most people there (especially Blacon) are salt of the earth types who'd give you their last slice of bread/pint of milk without thinking about it.
Had a few years in Hoole and I'd far sooner live in Blacon as the people are far less snobby. Went to the Wagon in Blacon a couple of weeks back for the first time in years and had a right laugh.
