The best part about is that it happened outside a pub. The police asked the people in the pub for statements who all came out with diffrent things and now its going to court! brilliant :/
Typical of the police, If your out of line when in a pub or whatever there on you straight away. Yet they will take witness statements from people who will inevitably talk utter bollocks because they have had a drink about a road traffic incident. People in the pub probably heard it, came running out, seen a modified car and went ooooooh he was racing and overtaking while getting a blowjob and not wearing his seatbelt bla bla bla.
Ridiculous is all I can say.
Sorry mate but by law the police have to gather EVERY bit of evidence when investigating any case. The CPS will demand witness statements from the people in the pub, even if it's marked as a 'drunk statement'. Without every piece of evidence the case would be thrown out and the OIC would be reprimanded. So if by 'typical of the police' you mean them doing their job properly, then fair enough
