Im a ball hair over that with my ep3. Im 23, 2 years ncb, started driving when i was 21.

And does that seem exspensive for someone 25years old with 5 years ncb on a corsa B breeze with a x16xe fitted??
Your thoughts & tips appreciated.
They did the same with me at my last renewal too.
The price went up £40 a year, £150 deposit and some interest fee and I was 28, 4 years ncb running a 206 GTi with wheels and backbox declared and an SP30.

I didn't pay a deposit on renewal with my last insurance company when I had the Corsa.

Phone HIC and did you know they are flux direct too they asked what was the cheapest quote iv had up to now and who with and so told them it was flux direct and she say oh thats us.
They quoted me £576 but with all the other bits in including the deposit it comes to £672.83
Thinking of making the car sorn over the winter as i wont be using and starting a policy up after the winter but not sure what to do.
Need a cheaper quote as i think its still a bit steep for how much the car gets used.

Just phoned Admiral and they wont cover me due to the engine change
Are Performance Direct any good?
Cheapest so far is HIC/Flux Direct at £576 paid in full or £672 with monthly direct debit payments.

Tbh John-D has a good suggestion - get a new credit card that is interest free for 12 months or whatever and put it on that then pay it off each month - then you'll just be paying the £576 instead of £672
My dad did that to buy a motorbike once Got a new card and put it on that then paid it off interest free

How long does it normally take to apply then receive a 0% interest credit card? Just that its due on the 18th and not sure if i will get it in time.

Not too long I don't think mate, you could maybe see if your bank are doing one or something then you may even get it quicker.

Sorry about harshness but you were ignoring me. Go ask the bank? Pretty sure they can sort it quickly 2 weeks or so. The car being of the road a week wouldnt hurt that much would it?

Whos that with Dale? are you really only 23????
I wasn't ignoring you John it just that i hate credit cards and and try avoid them as much as i can but if i could get an interest free card in time i could be more tempted.
