the next generation are all gonna have severs adhd from the amount of caffeine drinks that people drink these days.

Either that or everyone will end up with some mental disease that never occured before.

Or all diseases will react far quicker as they're all on caffeine as well.

Lucozade is all i have

Had 21 vodbulls in a few hours a long time ago, 7 cans of red bull, barely slept and feel like crap when drinking it now!

you need to be carefully on the stuff. I drank a lot when driving home from scotland at night. ( was about 15 cans of redbull ) and was already tired when i left. End result was a mild heart attack in my door step at age 19 -.-

Don't bother with energy drinks, go to Poundland and buy a cheap version of Pro Plus, you get 30 tablets and each have 50mg of caffeine, that's 1,500mg of caffeine for £1. That's nearly 19 cans of Red bull, although on the box it says to not take more than 2 per 3 hour period and not more than 6 per day.

3 cans of Relentless sent my heart racing recently, but I don't drink it any more due to the sensitive teeth problem.

A friend of mine used to drink Red Bull all the time and, coincidentally, has now got to take tablets to stop himself from being constantly sick.

Make sure you get plenty of sleep.

Eat little and often to try and keep blood sugar levels stable rather then having peaks and troughs.

Caffeine, taurine and ginseng should not be harmful in moderation although if you want to sleep dont have any of the aforementioned after 4pm.

Always opt for the sugar free option in an Energy drink if possible. As has already been mentioned a piece of fruit is a better option for simple sugars.

A sudden influx of sugar in a pints worth of an energy drink will send your blood glucose level through the roof resulting in a huge insulin response that will leave you feeling more knackered then when you started.

Keeping well hydrated and eating little and often rather then big and infrequent meals will give you a more stable energy level.
