Sometimes I think no for a very short amount of time, then I look at what I have and it doesn't last long.

Oly is quite right, there are a great many who would really love to be in most of our shoes.

I don't think many (if any) on this site could really say they are in a position to have a reason to be genuinely unhappy with their lives.

I certainly don't.

Happy in general life

Not happy with the monotony of work and feeling a bit tied in to it until I finally finish the house to a point where I could sell/rent it if needed and move on to another job/career

You need to get a new bird mate

On a serious note, i just don't see where my career is going anymore and i want to earn more money. Need to work on that! Otherwise i'm generally ok.

I feel like I'm the most ungrateful person on the planet and hate myself for it.

I'm always wanting more, nothing is ever enough, even when I get/achieve what I want its straight onto the next thing without even acknowledging what I have got/acomplished.

Made a wish list about 2 years ago (which in fact was posted on here in a 'wish list' thread) and today I have just about bought/achieved everything on it, dispite some of it being quite unrealistic. Yet I don't feel any happier because of it, I could make another full of new stuff/goals quite easily.

Sounds horrible and I don't wish this on myself or any of my friends or family, but sometimes it only when something bad happens that it makes you appreciate life and stop taking stuff for granted.
