It's just my opinion lads dont take offence. I fuckin hate the things.
With Scooby ownership, 15% is your Joe Bloggs who just likes them, 25% are enthusiast owned and the other 60% is just stupid coke sniffing roid head heads who spend a grand on one and think they're the greatest thing on earth. Ask the any mutual motorist who knows anything about cars and they'll say the same, if you can't afford an Evo, you settle for a Scooby

thats the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard, and quite typical of an evo owner to be honest , wont lower myself to your level but if i wanted an evo i would have got one, and i am none of what you mentioned above.

iirc....they brought out the tommy mak due to its success....so they must be pretty good at rallying too. and even on the mlr you get lads taking the piss saying half lads who own evos are druggies haha.
there are a few lads local to me with early scoobies who think there 400bhp with an ecu flash< slightly bigger turbo or can do 0-120-0 in the space of 3rd of a mile(lad in question is a fucking mong though) lol

completely agree, and on the subaru forums there are some complete knobs, but there are also penny for pound as many evo owners with cars with something to prove, very sad

BarnshaW, my comment is quite clearly an opinion made through general banter not through nationwide statistics and databases. You know that, I know that so why are you getting the hump? I'm not for one second claiming I know the historical pros and cons for the Evo and the Scooby so why are you fishing for them? I prefer Evo's and have bought one, I hate Scoobies and would never own one. Thats that really....

For the record I don't think anything bad of Evo owners! In fact I actually think because they generally cost more the owners must have a few bob?! You do see far more scoobys driven by dickheads than Evo's

Also I find it frustrating that most people who comment on these cars have never even driven one let alone owned one 
I've driven both many times and owned 4 Scoobys now, not to mention i've driven about 80% of car models etc on the road so at least my opinion is backed up by experience.
