Awesome GTR
I've seen them taking them to 1500bhp now.
Shame the Uk government has 50% tax on them, they are £30k in japan !

GTR's are some machines
Imagine what one weighing 1400kg would do
That 750R is prob near 1800kg

Yeah
It was on 5th Gear, when they test drove it they said it's £30k in japan but the Uk government has a 50% tax on them.
They didn't seem bothered and said it was still great for £60k but I wonder how cheaply the Japanese can make each one

50% tax of what If its 50% of JDM price (of bullshit 30k) then they'd sell for 45k in UK - NEW
it doesnt make sense and in my opinion is just nonesense.
Euro GTRs arent much different in price.... and I doubt new R35's are 30k in Japan.
You can import 08's for just over 30k....
If they were 30k new in japan folk would import them by the bucket load! 10% duty, 20% vat = about 40k plus extra costs = still well under new UK prices (70+)
nonsense.
If someone find the new list price for a MY2011 R35 GTR in Japan and its £30000 i'll do a poo on the floor
