With the way American courts and the legal system is with suing etc. I refuse to believe this guy is anything other than a scapegoat. Americans always have to blame someone, if the drugs had helped and MJ made the concerts, he'd have been a hero, but instead his life has been ruined by a ridiculous legal system that has to find a 'blame'.
