We've just had an email saying there is a "yellow sediment" coming out of the hot water taps at a school we finished a while back. The original building was from the 50's and the pipework may have been steel and now in the new block we've put copper. BIG UH OH if it is steel in the existing part of the building as the copper will have reacted with the steel, stripping the galvanised coating off and then making it rust. NOT a good thing.
