because you lovely gorgeous fucking imbecile, the difference is on a track you are using them whilst in motion all the time then when you finish you leave the car with handbrake off etc to let brakes cool, its not the fact you made them glow thats fucked them, its the fact that you got them that hot on a public road which involves coming to a standstill at junctions etc a lot. Perfect situation for your pads to burn an imprint onto those lovely new discs

Considering he is on a motorway I think they'd have sufficient time to cool down and wouldn't be stopping straight after this pic? Plus it's night time so its alot cooler so they will cool down alot quicker than during the day on track

im on a motorway you utter bellend, i did a further 12 miles from strood -> dartford before having to brake again

You waited until 2-3am to do some motorway braking? Why not just tell the truth and say it was between 7 and 9 with no one behind you.

it wasnt a purpose designed trip... was coming home from a mates at 2-3am, i posted the photo the moment i got in after he sent it to me

got the mintex, didnt notice a difference

dnt see why folk complain about this guy tbh not like every single person on hear drives at the speedlimit amean the amount that have 2.0 corsas let corsas and the like you dnt build buy them them to go slow now do you ..fair play to you mate you take alot off stick on here no matter what you do

The brakes will be fine, as I already posted it only needs to be about 400 C to glow and they operate safely up to over 700.

Not sure why you would drive like that on a road mind.
