Difficult one
Best probably my GSi, just grins all the time and never skipped a beat.
Worst, either of the Astra convertibles, they rattle and break, not very fast and don't handle. In fact the 2006 leaks which the 2003 didn't so the 2006 wins.

Also a question of expectation - my 1.2 Corsa was undoubtedly a worse car than any of my Astras, but I also expected less from it.
No point just saying your first basic, small engined car is the worst, obviously you'd want to have progressed from that point.

Best - Porsche Boxster. All round capable car. Comfortable, spacious, good looking, convertible, quick, handled awesomely, fanny magnet.
Worst - Vauxhall Corsa. Sorry, but face it. It was born to be a shopping cart targeted towards young drivers. Wibble wobble, jelly on a plate. XE was fun though.

Best - Don't know to be honest, I loved my Mazda but the M3 is good, I'd say they're joint best.

Difficult for me
Best - Astra VXR Nurburgring but that was a complete car in terms of looks, track ability and comfort for 'Ring trips. But the Mini runs it a close second despite not having the outright power and needing better seats which I'll address next year so could be between those two. Butttt my Nova was just awesome I wish I'd kept it for those 'Ring trips, gutted oh and my RS1800 for sheer driving fun oh fuck I don't know
Worst? My Corsa GSi that replaced my SXi was shit, bodywork was like a patchwork quilt

Best car, it's a toss up between my Mk1 Golf GTi and the most recent of the two Eunos Roadsters, both were fantastic, I'd probably have to go for the Golf if I was pushed.
Worst - Mk4 Golf GTi. Dull as a dull thing, had no character, never felt quick and was just dull.
edit - My Fiesta was pretty good too, just a shame the gearbox wasn't
