i don't envy you living there in winter though.

i had the privilege of staying in a lovely caravan up in the scottish highlands in winter, was the worst experience of my life.

The good thing is, the statics have a 9ft bund behind them to shield out most of the wind and are quite enclosed, so not too windy.

Bought cushions and shit for the front room, I am turning into a fucking gay!

Expanding foam'ing session went well. Seems to hold heat a bit better, got a few more bits still to cover up, should get them done tonight.

love it, I'd love a static caravan to live in on the farm. Always hate the living room area though, would prefer to rip out the built in/bed hyrbid thing and just chuck a sofa there.

No, only one socket in the bedroom.
Bedroom is for loving, not watching.

Got some weather stripping, sealed the windows, so much so had to turn the fire down last night. Lovely and toasty

All still going well.

Winter was cold, but a couple of heaters kept it fine.

Insulation tip in other thread.


Other than that, just waiting for a bit more money to tidy up some bits.

Proving to be cheap easy living. I would only move in to a house if I got a massive pay rise or had to, for kids or such.
