Look at the iPad (presuming it's an iPad being USA) to me the photo doesn't match up to what we're looking at?

Its weird because when I was 14 my BF was 18 and I didnt think it was wrong

But now my daughter is 14 i wouldnt let her anywhere near an 18 year old!! Or 17 or 16 for that matter!!
