its the best way to deal with ppl like this , because the police will just give them a slap on the wrist , if your going to break there jaw thats much more of an incentive for wankers to give it back like

Glad you got them back, also good to know the police can be counted on. Once i got my bike stolen, the lads that did it gave me a good kicking as well broke my arm, obviously police were called. They came took a statement. 3-4 days later police returned with my bike.
Asked whether they found out who did it, they just said no but at least we found your bike.

Police had nothing to do with finding my stuff. Found his adress out off gumtree because he's selling a Clio lol. We. Never managed to give him a hiding he took off as soon as he seen the van try to block him in

Result glad you got your stuff back mate I would leave it a while now then pay him a visit people will say you have your stuff back now so leave it personnaly if it was my stuff that got stolen and my property that was broke into I would sort them out for the inconvience they have caused
