Every morning, sometimes have to wait 15 minutes or so though (with a cuppa) if I've had a bad sleep (can't stand food when I'm tired)

I'm an early bird so always get some breakfast.
Usually 1-2 bowls of porridge, scrambled egg sandwiches or a bacon butties.
Breakfast whilst reading news about 8am, shower at half 8. Work at 5 to 9.

Always if I'm at work.
Hardly ever if I'm having a lie in at the weekend.
Good for metabolism to eat though. Gets your body working, and stops you grazing during the morning on junk.

Doesn't have to be prison food either
I'd rather starve than eat microwaved scrambled eggs.

Microwaved? Yukko! Takes a few mins in a pan and would probably taste 100 times better

Always. Problem being, leaving before 7 it was always in work and tended towards roll and sausage or roll and haggis (or both) rather than the occasional porridge.
Currently on PhD Diet Whey instead. Not too bad and can drink it in the car en route.

Oh awake at 6:45 porridge in microwave.
Stir and leave to cool while I walk the dog. Come back and it's perfect temp.
Shower then work for 8

Only at the weekends do I have breakfast. I start my work at 4am during the week so I'm still struggling to stay awake never mind eat anything.

I never have time too get breakfast as I snooze my alarm about 3 times before I eventually get up, which means I have time to get washed and dressed and straight out the door

Sometimes eat it depending how I feel. Biggest problem I have is working nights I generally have 'lunch' about 3-5pm as dinner is about 6-8. Probably explains why I always get hungry at night.
