This may sound daft as i have no idea how it works these days, but would it really be worth it to finance a Vectra C when they can be had for 3-4k for a decent SRI CDTi??

Economy wise I would love a Vec Sri 1.9. Such good value.
Look great too! (with xp and snowflakes)

But the BM will be leagues ahead in terms of drive and refinement. Can't speak for economy though as I've not seen the figures.

About £900 on a £6k loan. Over 3 years that's not a lot.

If your going for a vectra why not the design model much more gadgets like auto lights wipers and loads more. Then add the Sri wheels and spoiler?

I've just been through what model to buy and was keen on an Sri till I realised they are not very well spec'd

i think the SRI elite and Design all have the same bumpers mate, its just the adition of Fogs on the SRI and Elites, and Chrome accents on the Elite.

i'd be hopping into one of these before a Vec C tbh

interesting the price on some volvo's is quite cheap. yeah i see that may have higher mileage than the internet people approve of, but its just an example.

New shape manual, doesn't say mileage though.
