Heres mine, still need to get date of death put in the bottom banner though, its dedicated to ma mum who died when i was 15 so it has meaning and 5 years of thought went into the design and was done free-hand, not an off google idea

What's the point of any tattoo, what's the point of any painting, what's the point of any sculptures blah blah blah. Some people don't like tattoos, people who do like tattoos get this fact. I'm sorry but to say 'you don't get it' is just plain retarded.

Explain why me not getting the reason behind his tattoo is retarded?
Anyway, I like tattoos but why would you get your birthday stamped on your body like a cow going off to slaughter is beyond me.

Fair play mate, im not saying you are wrong to get it or anything like that. Its your body at the end of the day.
I was just saying i dont understand why.
Fair enough getting a heart with you mums bday and death on it as a tribute but birthday written down your body is the same as tribal tattoos on 17 chavs... they make no sense to me.

The fact is that a tattoo is there simply for being there. It's not helpful, it can't be used in any way, shape or form and I'd have said it's quite a widely known thing that there's not really any 'point' in any tattoo. And the point of something and the reason behind it are two different things so I'm not really sure what you're askng Kippers.
