I like the stairs.

I don't however like the double ended bath with a tap at one end

I like the stairs mate!

Only consideration (if it's to be a family home) would be noise. For instance if you ever had a kid then they get woken up by the sound of the TV / having a party etc etc?

Other than that - looks a winner

Easilly needs new kitchen & bathroom etc

Ive been in this house before, a childhood friend's dad designed & built it & its round the corner from my parents.....perfect!!

that looks amazing proper kerb appeal.

it doesn't need that much work tbh and can be lived in for the time being like that.

doubling your mortgage is a big ask though, but it's not like you earn minimum wage

In the right town but the wrong side really, and has a pretty busy road at the back of it.

That one you just posted is massive! Every room is a proper good size. Needs alot of modernising but it's so cheap it's a good base to start with
