Only consideration (if it's to be a family home) would be noise. For instance if you ever had a kid then they get woken up by the sound of the TV / having a party etc etc?
Other than that - looks a winner

it doesn't need that much work tbh and can be lived in for the time being like that.
doubling your mortgage is a big ask though, but it's not like you earn minimum wage

That one you just posted is massive! Every room is a proper good size. Needs alot of modernising but it's so cheap it's a good base to start with
