Changed my mind seeing as my boat plan is flawed.
I'd take a few guns with me and climb this:

Like to see a zombie climb that fucker.
Quality, i reckon that main zombie one out of I am Legend could.
I'm banking on Shaun of the Dead style zombies. They were hopeless.
Yea they were!

I think what i would do is dress up as a soldier with all army gear on,gun, grenades etc and then just act as zombie and just see how long i could go for and then if they suss me out i've got guns.

Dachau isn't far from me. I'd go there. If it can keep Jews in, it can keep zombies out.

Sc0tt not only have you stole the idea from Bill Murrays character out of zombie land you've somehow managed to ruin a joke from The Other Guys.
I'd just move into loft with some cereal bars for a few weeks. Never see a zombie in a loft.

Meeting ojc at the water tower. Think that is still the plan. He will be watching for me on fields adjacent to the M25. I will be bringing bits of spark plugs.

This is where i think i would head....

http://www.daveuptonphotography.co.uk/st-michaels-mount
should be easier to defend
Close to penzance for scavenging - but not so close youd get swamped should a herd of undead scum come your way - plus when the tides in theres no access by land

if they can walk under water then depth charges may be needed, if they can walk on water then the trusty SPAS-12 will see them off

I think youll last 5 minutes against a wave of horney zombies in a huge place like that.
I think youll be safer in one of those red post boxes. One that is properlly secure to the ground and cant be opened easily. You can fire out the small hole at their faces trying to look in.

this thread has made my day!
If it happened i'd probably just do what they did on Zombieland but with a bit of I am Legend mixed in. I'd have a permanent fortified base with all the gadgets I could lay my hands on just to keep me entertained. A fleet of fast or tough cars. The fast ones for fun and the tough ones for going out looking for food, etc. I'd try and go out and see as much as possible like monuments, galleries, football stadiums, etc. Also i'd find places where i could hold up for a bit and just pick zombies off from a distance as well as having some sort of points game for each kill! Not sure whether i'd risk going across the sea though as any mistake and you'll end up drifting aimlessly until you die of hunger or dehydration

i'm thinking a nuclear sub may be a good idea, the fuel will last for ages so as long as you sit in one spot, the reactor would power everything for you for a very long time indeed. Only downside is food, but everyone likes fish right?

I would chill out up in the international space station. No zombies getting up there.

Yeah it’s all well and good saying you’ll pick up weapons like they’re cans of redbull but this isn’t America and places that store weapons (army, police, shooting ranges) would A) be using them themselves. B) Securely locked. C) Everyone else would be going for them too, populated areas means zombies imo
As for survival, go to local Sainsburys warehouse to stock up on supplies (not going to fall for retail areas, everyone will be thinking of that)
Supplies consist of: Food, Rope, baby wipes, bottled water, batteries.
Then go to an abandoned office building that I know of. Barricade the top floor, tarp the roof (hope for rain). Make sure to turn lights off during the night, don’t want to advertise my whereabouts. Then play the waiting game. Or until I start to lose my sanity and then go mad max on everyone and just drive around with chainsaw, baseball bat, hammer close at hand to pop some mofo zombies
