The diet has always been my issue with this, but ive been out and bought all the food for the week, and have got lists of what to eat when etc, hopefully it just comes natural to eat better over time. Rather than scoffing half a kilo of sugar a day!

Although, missed day 1, due to opticians and the food shop yesterday, but im now about to smash day 2!

Hopefully i get some energy soon from eating well.

yeah ive always struggled with the diet.. i'm good during the week but then the weekend comes.. beer and takeaway dont see them listed in the elite nutrion guide..

to do it properly you really need to make your meals for lunch and dinner 3 days ahead buts its a pig to stick to.... at one stage if i seen another chicken fillet or green beans i'd puke.

I'm not fussed by chicken everyday. I'm mixing it up a bit and making it completely different. Worst case is cause of work im having to make up the same meals for lunch and tea. But it's no biggie.

Just done the cardio recovery. Not as intense but I wass still leaking like a sieve

How you doing IVI with your 1200 cal no carb diet?

Bought a heart rate monitor today so I can see how many calories I'm burning on this insanity.

It's so fucking hard and demanding. I could never manage it, workin a manual labour job and then hitting the gym.

I don't get the calorie thing. Im supposed to need according to insanity book, 4200 cal per day to maintain weight. But fuck that. I'm eating 2500 and feel more than full all day. Spread out over 5 meals feel like I don't stop eating

Heres some interesting facts from todays workout. (bearing in mind i missed about 5mins out with extra breaks at the end, probably due to being up since 3 with little boy, and not gettng much sleep)

Workout was plyometric circuit:

Calories burned during excersize - 450
Caloried burned from start of excersize until heart rate returned to resting - 560.

Took 25mins to return to resting rate

I'll post something when I have completed it, no need to have multiple threads for the same workout IMO. Unless people really want me to share exact eating and calorie burns per day etc

For the record though I'm starting this at 5ft 10" and 216lb and have never really done much excersize in my adult life.

max interval circuit done about an hour ago.. i really need to get a heart rate monitor to see how many calories im burning... if the amount of sweat is anything to go by.. i could easly have rang my t-shirt out...

feeling good though
