Start at 8, finish about 4.
Get home and do another couple of hours.
Works out to be about 10 hours a day.

I'm in at 8 most days and normally leave the back of 5. I don't take any breaks at all though apart from lunch which I used to eat at my desk but now have 15 minutes away from it as it was pissing me off. Don't drink tea or coffee and don't smoke.
