Cheers Aerox-lad, had an alloy one given that had been over tightened and leaked,

There all the same mate, they let the engine breathe more easily, the engine when built
was strangled through the intake and exhaust to keep the horse power down, This was
to help the sales of the astra GTE C20XE.
Kris.star.silver on here is having his put on the rollers in two week, so I`ll take it from there

Not a complaint but just a Query daine. Has anyone said about the two tb bolts supplied being too short? Seems the case with mine. When the bolts are fully tight the tb has movement from side to side. That's with a New gasket on. I'm gonna get two longer bolts and for good measure but a nut on each on the inside of the inlet.

was £20 but i need to get the throttle body holes re drilled and tapped and i may need to get the bottom of the inlet and where the throttle body sits just to give a better seal when fitted with the gasket. im not 100% sure if i will have to do this or not but if someone can give me some more info that would be great

blue line is torque, green is fly power and red is wheel power. Basically nearly 15 bhp up on a standard car. Thats good going for the price, next up will be cams

and also if youve got a gsi c16xe engine a corsa 1ltr throttle cable will not fit as the way it attatches to the throttle body is different.
