Work is a fucking joke.

This year I tought myself how to use CAD a bit so I can play around with some stuff.
Since then I have started using it at work so we do not have to pay architects lots of money to edit things.
Also I now undertake putting reports together, which the company normally pay between Ł1500 and Ł5000 for. I have done 4 of these so far. Please note I am classed as a 'TRAINEE' at work yet I undertake this work un-supervised

Also I have recently helped out on the holiday park, giving up some of my weekends and evenings to ensure the place stays open.

Got a generic letter today saying sorry no pay rises as the company cannot afford it.


Not even a thank you for your effort and help , just a generic letter.

I do it everyday, it is apparently now part of my job!

Not so much annoyed about the rise, although some people who don't deserve it got one. It is more the fact they cant even be arsed to send a personal letter.
